    no heaters! :(

There are no wires to the control knob....... :S Then you still have a 1.2 interior ? Ask for some parts from a breaker for a 1.2 in the spec level you need.

    no heaters! :(

I'd start with the following to begin with.... Get to a breakers or give RenParts a call. They're a trader on here. How would you know the 'blower' is fine if you haven't managed to get it to work ?!

No chance of 40" fitting in there !! Go to www.richersounds.com, have a look about. At the end of the day, they're all TVs. They all do the same thing unless you're spending mega bucks. I take it you can't bin the cabinet and buy a larger TV ? :rasp:

    **TROPHY ALARM/IMMOBILISER**

Read the manual. It'll tell you how to work out if it's the sensors, bonnet pin, boot or whatever setting it off. Once you know that, you can work out how to resolve it as you won't be guessing at the cause...

possible 182 purchase but alarm bells ringing

ROFFLES. Owned by my wife but my 18 y/o chavvy son had driven it for 99% of our ownership hence it looks like a maccy d's special. There's one on here same colour for half that price.

Cornering too hard? Tyre wall flex?

Defo check your pressures, then get the geo checked by somewhere reputable ! V12s are well worth a shot. I love them .. had them in 16" on a Clio and 17" on the Scoob and think they are farrrrr better than T1-Rs. V12s in 15" are often suggested to have soft sidewalls.

Photography - Someone who knows their stuff

What about a 350/400/450d ? You'll get much better photos and more room for 'learning' and expansion later from that, than a pocket camera. If you want a camera to take pics with, get a point/click or bridge in budget. If you want a camera to get into photography with, you'll end up...

?? How on earth do you guys afford all the big engine mods!! ??

It's all relative. If you earn £20k PA and you live at home, you have probably got 10k PA disposable. If you earn £20k PA and run 2 kids and a mortgage, you do not have 10k PA disposable ! Buying a £3k Clio and spending £5k on 'mods' as you put it is probably more cost-effective than your...

    Advice on detailing

FLOL. Wal-mart ? I don't think so... Even if everything listed above was $50 and supermarkets did stock such items, the plane ticket to the USA would negate the savings about ten-fold !
