    Yokohama Parada??? Any good?

Re: yokohama parada??? any gd You're the first person on here who's actually echoed what I've been saying about these for years !

    Next car a RS 197/200 or 225?

Mint Ph1 172 and about 10k in your pocket (read: ISA and the rest in high interest long term savings) towards a house.

    172 Cup CAT Removal

Undo the bolts at each end of it. :S 172s are a complete pain to do as the ones engine end are really awkward to get to. Good luck.....!! P.S.: it's not an abbreviation.. It's a catalytic convertor.

    Yokohama Parada??? Any good?

Re: yokohama parada??? any gd Had them for 2years on my ph1. Paid £28 a corner from demon thieves at the time... Above average in the dry, progressive not snappy in the wet IME. Just take it easy and you'll be fine. However.. As suggested, hankook v12 evos are a cracking tyre.

Brakes dont work after changing discs and pads!

Take it all off. Clean the discs. Pray to Batman that you've not ruined the pads already. Ask an adult to help you bleed the brakes. Then come back to us... :dead:

    1) Yes. Drag and drop. Welcome to Apple. 2) Yes but why ? iTunes will work. This is not Windows.

    Unstable braking at high speeds

Nothing to do with ABS. Could just be the road surface however... Check the rear dampers for leaks/damage etc. Quite a common fault on Clios.

    Cracked brake disc

Sticky caliper meaning too much heat in the system would be my guess ?

Got a dyno run in half hour.... exciting

As Chippidychip said, the rollers look awful. Curves should be smooth. Also, if the machine thinks it's an Audi, the calculation steps for the final drive ratio might be WAAAAY off. I also don't like guestimates at wheel back to fly power. There's no way of knowing the losses through the...

    Buying an Old Car back...

Unless you sold it last week, I'd not bother. It'd be like going back to an old girlfriend. In your head you remember the good/fun bits but then realise you hated this that and the other, plus there's other fish in the sea, some of whom have been in her etc. Try something different.

Got a dyno run in half hour.... exciting

Graphs all say Audi s3 ?! If you're really going to replace the sparks, there's only one kind you can run. Quick search will tell you what they are.. NGK PRE 1 or something like that.. LOOOL... :quiet:

    A Word of warning

I don't understand why people basically write 'this unreliable heap of cack has cost me a fortune, so now you can own it and spend all your savings on it instead'. Why would anyone buy it ?! Sounds like the engine and the body are both stuffed, so apart from the wheels, what's to break and...

Will this lens fit my 1000D?

Depends what you have already and what you want to do with it. It's fast @ f1.8, but fixed focal length.

New camera - Interest Free Credit

Quick look about on the net suggests it's barely (if at all) an upgrade... http://www.ephotozine.com/forums/topic/sony-a77-vs-a55-comparison-93246 If you don't want a full blown Canon/Nikon D-SLR, the Canon SX40 is quite a good shout. Depends what you want from a camera...

Don't do it. You can PhotoShop in distortion which will no doubt look 10x better than the fisheye adaptor. Buy a 10-20 !
