Jebus. My car got a polish and seal up (Gtq C2) in October. It's been washed about 3 times since with bucket / suds / mitt. It's still shiny as ever. Claying 1 or 2 times a year if it's HANGING. Methinks you need to read the guides to cleaning cars in the detailing section again ;)

Yes... that's exactly what they're for. Stick them both on the same, probably something like 120 or 160Hz and see what it sounds like ! You should be able to turn the sub on / off via the HU so you can see what difference it makes. Standard Clio speakers are actually ace when they're not...

Well you didn't mention that. Swap it for another 1.2 or get a new car. Insurance will be hilarious (on top of what I assume is already a hilarious premium) with an engine swap. Obviously, insurance is invalid if you fail to inform them of the change.

So swapping the engine is a good idea ?!

Just guessing but either you're missing vital stages, or using something awful like turtlewax shampoo and a yellow sponge to clean it. Black is the worst colour for swirls etc, so you have to be mega careful. Put some work in once, and the rewards will last for months... I did mine...

The side strips just pop out .. front needs sliding from front to back about 20mm and then it'll be free.. the rear one is the opposite. Badge just clips out of that.
