The connections are awful on those plate light holders. No protection from the elements and the worlds smallest pins from the loom to the holder. Brilliant. I ran without the light on mine. Looked epic on my black ph1 :approve: MOTs from ASDA helped too ;)

Chavtastic The only thing they almost suit is the rather standard looking black Punto on pg3.

They look OK to me as the rest of the car is a similar colour ;) Ph2 lights look so much fresher however. You're right with the lamps being at the bottom. MUCH better than the Ph1 setup. Is everything else kosher ?! I remember moving a few wires around when I swapped someone's ph1 > ph2...

Mine came with some red plastic tied to the middle of it... maybe that negates the legalities. Cheers anyway :)

Totally depends on the amount of light in the area at the time. Try 30 seconds. If that's no good, up it (you'll need a remote + bulb mode). Most important thing is the white balance (go read the Stickies in Photography) ! The Scoob at Two Tree Island at night by evil_giraffes_rule...

Bad news. Return to standard and eBay again ? Problem with cars is the more money you throw at it in aftermarket parts, the more you lose at sale time. The car is worth lets say £2.5k standard, and the parts cost you £3k. Doesn't mean the car is worth (to anyone but yourself) £5.5k...

That rear pic looks OK as the car has ph2 lights, side strips and wheels. No side skirts though so it's a pauper spec model ;) Ph1 RS need ph2 lights and a cup spoiler. That is all.
