Get some heat shrink on the vvt plug mate. That way it'll stop any water ingress into the plug/loom itself.

    182 ecu pin out

Afraid not, but if it's coming via the ecu then I'd imagine no more than 5v tbh.

    182 ecu pin out

The PIN numbers at the ecu plug are as follows: P7, P13, P17, P61, P62 and P82. Also worth checking for corrosion in the white plug in the fuse/relay box on the n/s mate.

    182 ecu pin out

What are you trying to find mate? I can tell you the pin out numbers for the throttle body if you want?

new source for a torsen diff!

It's because you have to start off with such a large piece of material on the jc5 atb. Shite design tbh.

    My 2003 DC5 Integra Type R (Bulid-ish thread.)

When I had an rs2 I was going to use the Clio 16v scuttle induction to feed my v6 airbox. Shame I got rid before I had a chance to try it out, as I think the results would've been noticeable.

    My 2003 DC5 Integra Type R (Bulid-ish thread.)

Any induction that comes from the scuttle panel will always work really well! It's a low pressure area - hence why all cars have the heater air inlet in the scuttle panel. No placebo there mate.

    Bash's Hillclimb car

Ah right ok. Be warned - the engine won't tickover with the full Grp n timing and no remap. You need an idle speed of around 1100rpm.

    Bash's Hillclimb car

Semi group n is the inlet cam only. Full group n is inlet advanced and exhaust retarded. So was it the inlet or the exhaust that was out? I'll show you the Grp n cam timing tool tomorrow when you collect the box.

What was the tensioner like? If the exhaust was 4 degrees out that's not belt stretch mate. No way.

The everlasting ph1 ITB Build **GREEN-BUILD STARTS AT PAGE 100**

Yeah that's one of the reasons I opted to go with this cage mate, as I knew I would be going to rear coilovers. Yeah they come with some preformed plates for the cage to sit on. No boxes at all. You have to drill holes in the floor pan for the tubes to pass through though so it can be fully...

The everlasting ph1 ITB Build **GREEN-BUILD STARTS AT PAGE 100**

Yeah it's a good cage tbh mate. I fitted mine myself and all the ends came profiled and none required any alteration. When I got mine it was classed as a CL4 kit and they've since added the x door bars and harness bar. I had to make and fit those myself, but it wasn't an issue as I wanted the x...

That's the kiddy! They go in the top on the bilstein kit, not the lower spring seat like other coilover kits.

Do you mean mtl? Yeah it's not cheap! Lol! Ok buddy. I'll be aiming for it to be back together and ready to collect this weekend. Will confirm tomorrow though, as that's when I'll be firing the lid back on it. Good holiday?

    Bacci romano Gearkit

I don't have any experience of their kits in terms of fitting/reliability, but they've been producing them for quite a while now. If there's any issues I'd like to think that they've been overcome now. I think it's safe to say that the dog teeth on the gears will be substantially stronger than...

    Engine modification doubt

Not if you were to run 197 pistons and cams. They can be had for less than £400 secondhand. The rs2 is more suited to a standard engine as well really - not saying it won't work high comp/high lift though.

    Bash's Hillclimb car

Here's another one for you @bashracing! Seal arrived yesterday and was fitted this morning. Look on the lower left hand side of the casing and you can see where I've had to relieve it to allow the new crownwheel to turn! What you can't see is something that's quite dramatic - a potential perma...

    AD52 BHP

That's lower than I've seen most bilstein kits go at the back mate. Have you got the height adjusters in as well?
  24. NorthloopCup

    Needless to say.......

Tbf mate, a lot of that will pull out. You can get good access into that particular area with a hammer and dolly. Then it's just a case of skim it and paint. Your likely to pay a fair bit to get it done though. I'd say around £1500 from my own experience (had a similar thing pulled out on my...
