Nor me lol. Worried now it's had some rstunner map or somert thrown on, as even tho the timing was out it was still pretty quick (kept up with me mates stripped out type r ep3)
So tempted by the PMS mani, what you think? Be alright on standard ecu with the RS2? Probably over kill but looks...
Had the Clio running for bit yesterday. Top up the oil and checked it over. Didn't leave it running to long haven't wired the fan in yet.
But I have the service light and EML on, probably to be expected lol.
Still need to sort a few little issues and worse of all the exhaust is blowing from...
Sounds awesome  can certainly tell its gunna rev up quickly!
Is that where your oil pressure gauge is staying? How do you rate that SPA gauge, I'm looking to get some sort of oil monitoring device lol.
I did read your thread about that and I did actually check mine after haha.
I had an issue with the actual starter motor, it was spinning but not firing the cog out and meshing with the flywheel to turn the engine over. Took back off cleaned it up and jumped it off a leisure battery, refitted...
If you do take it off the road, I'd say defo have a plan and stick to it. Maybe buy the parts first and then take it off the road, fit them then enjoy it. Mines been off the road I've over 18months now as I keep buying more parts and changing other things.
I've put it all back together ready to...
I love the 1.8t engine!
K04 setup with a diff and decent suspension setup is hard to beat on track or a good B road!
I stretched 299bhp out of a K04 in my Ibiza but was far from just bolting a K04 on and mapping.
Just reading the description, it says it's a Padig disc and I believe they order bits from EuroCarParts, so once you've got the kit it'll have a part number on the box or stamped into the disc. Then yourll be able to order them from else where I guess.
I'm using the jam sport kit.
When I rang them up they where really unhelpful and blunt.
I'm running the AP bells and rotor option they do
They fit perfectly under 2118 as I'm running them.
Was off work this weekend so set about changing the water pump. I order the Valeo pump that PMS sell. I checked repair times on autodata and when I saw 4.1 hours to change it wasn't really looking forward to the job.
Spoke to a few Renault specialist in my area they all said to loosen the...
Defo.
Thought I'd mention it as it might be worth a try.
Must be a way of getting rid or bypassing the Immobiliser all together lol. Was thinking about sending my ecu away and having the immobiliser unlocked see whether that would work lol
Sounds just like my starting issue tbf. If you've got or got access to a diagnostic machine (mines a snap-on solus ultra) go into the immobiliser settings and check it has the immobiliser code stored. when I go into it on mine, it says 'Code - Yes', but won't start but will crank over, until I...
It did yeah and the battery light would go off and pretty sure the stop light would too but service light would stay one.
I can't start mine either atm as I need to get my snapon machine to go into the immobiliser settings to check the code is there and then t will start until I turn the kill...
