you'd be surprised actually about printing that big with 6mp.
I had a look at getting the biggest canvas with photobox for a pic i wanted blowing up and I put one of my 15mp shots in and it came up with good quality, then i chose a different one, not even a crop or portrait rather than...
yeah, the boots one is with the kit lens, exactly the same as the warehouseexpress one.
i know it works too as i bought one last night for a present for someone.
sure you can, taking the Sony S350 for example you can do it, see page 22

That player is only £160 with 5 blu-rays at amazon at the moment
great shots, love the waterfall grand canyon shots!
I love chicago too, great city, just doesn't have the tourist places to visit like NY does I suppose, would prefer to live there though, and have pretty much, lived an hour away for a year back in '95, no bean there then though, went up the...
Organic LED, the next big thing

Sony have an 11" out already but its £1300 so not cost effective at the moment, give it 2 years and it will be mainstream i reckon.
Amazing contrast and colors, no backlight, extremely...
check this out, it says expired but thats for the 450d, the 1000d is still available, just ordered one

£289 with the paypal discount code i posted above, then £30 rebate from canon and then £16 of...
i'm looking at getting the W4500, seems like a great spec although I can't help but feel that every 3 months something much better seems to get launched so I need to time it right, the prices are excellent at the moment, just not sure whether to miss out 1080p and hold out for OLED.
canon 1000d is only £289 at boots at the moment with a paypal discount TSAM47 and then you get a £30 rebate from canon and £17 of boots points so its a bit of a steel really, its basically a rebaded 400d so has everyhting you will need including liveview etc.
the V and W have been out for over 2 years and go back to the V2000, then v2500, then v3000, v3500, v4000 etc.
I've been looking at them for years.
And the S is still very much in the range, they have only just bought out the S4000, so the range currently sits at the L, S, V, W,X Z EX
It...
agreed, (yes i know, I am actually agreeing;) )
And as said, when companies say they want vmware experience, they don't really mean the free downloads, they mean VCP level (vmware certified professional) i'd imagine which means you are very proficient with the product. Its quite a big product...
but the D and S are still available, and the V and W have been available for years, I think they are all in the range together, I thought it was the D and S that sainsbury's sold, i.e. the cheap ones.
Looking at their current range they have so many different model letters its ridiculous, P, L...
i use a PS3 for my blu-ray's and a standard 5.1 DD setup and I find it absolutely fine, but then i've got nothing to compare it to i guess, its certainly not a bad option, jsut depends if you are an audiophile and always want the best, and in that case it would be HD sound, I guess its like...
another one for not using the 20 end, would use my 17-55 if i moved over 15mm as its faster.
Love the 10 end of the canon though, I never seem to get any distortion so its either the way I use it, luck or a bloody good lense.
i've not heard HD sound before, some people say it doesn't sound that different, and others just say it sounds a lot better because they have it and have to justify to themselves of the money they have spent.
I'll get to hear it christmas day with my dads new system but i can't imagine I will...
LOL @ Hoff, he can't help plugging the PS3 in any situation;)
For his situation, its got to be the standalone player, it makes sense. They can be conencted to a wireles media adapter, it shows it in the manual, so he could make it wireless if he wanted anyway, no biggy.
Plus, Roy's a keyboard...
the new BD players are also fully firmware upgradable, you plug them into your router for the LIVE features and FW updates.
Plus, Roy has an issue with owning an older amp that doesn't have HDMI so he needs the analogue outputs to enable onboard processing of the HD sound, the PS3 does this but...
the thing is that the ps3 benefits from constant firmware updates to improve things, something that first generation standalone players did not have the beauty of.
The second generation though are much better, reducing loading times from something stupid like up to a minute to 6 seconds and now...
do I have to do everything for you, I should be a personal shopper;)
http://www.avforums.com/forums/blu-ray-dvd-players/883311-sony-bdp-s350-region-b-uk-owners-thread-part-2-a.html
first post, think its the same for both models, but if not then there are threads on how to do it, can easily be...
from amazon you get the two bd's you send off for and can add wall-e, mamamia ( I know you dig this s**t) and handincock for free too! £221
just not in stock until the 18th
wow, thats expensive, the sony is half the price at £220 with 5 blu-rays and comes with profile 2.0, a gig of storage and ethernet firmware upgrades, and all onboard decoding and analogue outputs and 6 second startup with a disc (which is quick for blu-ray), its a bargain.
hmmm, ok, depending on your amp then, you need the S550 as that has the 8 analogue outputs for an amp which doesn't support HDMI and it does internal Dolby TrueHD and DTS HD MA decoding.
