right, it was the shots where it was full on lambo rather than the ones where the lambo was just a feature as below, before and after adjusting the contrast in PS, i have it in RAW too but i've never touched raw before so don't really know what to do with it. This was taken at the same time as...
lol, thanks, saved me the job, yeah, I am really impressed with the combination i currently have with this body and the 17-55 F2.8 IS lens, so versatile!
Can't decide whether I like this pic or not, i've seen pics on here before where only the nose is in focus, just can't decide though? Was in...
As people have seen in other marques, i did a car day yesterday and have just been reviewing the photos on my flickr account and i must saw, considering how low the light was for most of them, the camera and lens did a bloody good job!
When I arrived, it was 7:30 and the first shots of the cars...
if its terrestrial through an aeriel then its not going to look good, especially if you are standing close to it to try and pick fault.
Need to be about 6ft away to appreciate it and give it a HD source to get the full benefit i'm afraid, not as forgiving as CRT's are.
like i pointed out, my equipment is better than i am, i have seen some amazing shots that i couldn't even do form equipment costing a quarter of what i own.
Its very much about the operator, having an eye for a good shot etc.
Whatever you buy will be fine to start off with, you simply cannot...
1000d is the entry level and pretty much equivalent to the 350d which I have and is a very good camera, the 450d makes everything a little better.
if you can afford it, go for the 450d and learn with the kit lens, I used the 18-55 (non-IS) lens for a while with my 350 and it was a very good...
but AF-S is just a size, canon do AF-S lenses too?
USM, I think all my canon lenses have this, even the cheaper ones, its quite common now.
L glass, hardly only for full sensors, my 70-200 F4L, the best lense I own is one of the cheapest at £400, not exactly expensive so fine for something...
The canon users will tell you theirs are the best and the nikon the same, and there seems to be a lot more nikon users on this particular forum.
As mentioned before, you really need to go into jessops and spend 10 mins with each camera and see which feels best, both are excellent, both have...
if you have bt broadband then btvision is excellent.
It also has the added benefit of having all the replay stuff available from the internet like BBC, 4OD, 5ive and soon ITV all by streaming and works perfectly, takes about 5 seconds to start streaming and never misses a beat.
They also have...
ok, who does then?
Sony make some cheap TV's these days but they also make some bloody good top of the range tv's!
Be sure not to compare a samsung to a low end sony, sony are just addressing the market by introducing cheaper tv's which is why theya re so accessible these days but all the best...
thats because samsung and sony panels are made in the same factory.......
not had any issue with lcd creating smearing on games, i've not had any problems with gaming on an lcd, the only thing i have seen better on a plasma is low def source things. Samsungs are very good for gaming, they even...
anyone buying a tv from empire direct use EQ5122 before monday for 10% off.
Also, don't buy a tv based on the contrast figure quoted as its always a dynamic contrast and not a proper true contrast, and most people find the tv pic is better without the dynamic contrast even turned on.
i take a lot of motorsport photos with the 200 and have no 1.4x, never been a major problem without it, thought about getting it but not had a major need to.
I would be much happier using the converter on the 200 than going for the 300, totally different glass of product, the 200 is sharp as...
yes thats right, because that website says so.;)
I have come from a 350d and can tell you the cameras are night and day in every way, especially low light capabilities.
When comparing the iso settings of the 50d and 40d on that site they only list up to 3200 whereas the 50d can do up to 12800...
the issue I have now is that the original file was 3.9gb as an mkv, as a vob its now 4.4gb and that means i can't save it onto my usb hdd to play on my ps3 as fat won't bloody take it, what a wast of an evening lol.
Wonder, if I burnt it to a DVD, would the PS3 read it then as a HD file from...
LOL, been there tried that, didn't work, still said access denied!
this really was a knackered file, no other way it could give me this amount of hassle!
thanks for the help though, like i said, i wouldn't have been bothered had it been a small file but it was a monster!
PANIC OVER!
For future reference, this is a f**king good app!
