I’ll have done over 700 miles this week in the DCI by tomorrow, and it’s just soaking it all up.
They’re a good car - suspension will sort out the handling, they’re a bit front end heavy, but they can still be driven really well!

Definitely sounds belt related - both belts too, as the water pump is on the timing belt and the power steering is on the aux belt.
Does the car still run/idle?
@Andysmithy1 if your planning on getting another one, keep any key parts for yourself IMO. It’s always handy to have spares knocking around. Especially things like sensors etc off the broken engine.
Brilliant cars, I’ve got such a love for ph1’s - loved mine back in the day.
It is a shame you’ve sold the OZ wheels though, they’re so hard to come by a full set now, would have been worth keeping for the future.
