hi all, im looking at gettin a sport cat for my 172 ive been quoted £180 for a powerflow sport cat is this any good?

i got into my car this morning and started it up and it was making a chugging noise and when moving off it was getting worse and ther was a bit of backfire out the exhaust any ideas??

when im steering at low speeds (liking moving off, stop/moving off) ther is like a grinding nosie coming when i turn the wheel is that a sign my ps fluid is low?

hi all, was just looking for opinions on exhaust styles this was the back box that was on my car wen i bought it but my dad took my car once i had it to change the exhaust and this style was the 1 he chose but tbh im not keen on the second 1 and i quite liked the 1st 1 opinions?

was driving about town last nite and went into the usual car park we hang in and seen this i laughed so hard and when over to them an asked them did they think it was cool, to which they replied "yea its class mate" walked away laughing so hard

hi, im looking to get a sunglasses holder for my ph1 172 (where the jesus bar should be on the drivers side) but i cant seem to find one to fit, i got a megane one and the holes dnt match up. anyone know where i could get 1 from that will fit?

after fitting my spiltter amd giving the car a wee clean i thought i would take some pics of mine n the mrs' car together. while taking them she says "god i need my car lowered" lol comments welcome!

i finally got the suspension i was after (my rear shocks were shagged) so i got it fitted last night and it feels so good to have handling back!! from this:- to this:- sitting nice already and they have only been in one night lol, well chuffed comments welcome

i just recieved my eibach sportlines this morning, on the box it says approx 50mm lower i thot sportlines would drop it 30mm?

hi my ph1 172 has been losing water the past day, there doesnt seem to be a problem with the head gasket and im worried that it is a fault with the water pump:( has any1 else had this problem on their ph quick??

hi all, ive just recently finished cleaning up my engine bay, sandblasted n painted my inlet manifold and fuel rail cover, however when i put the cover back on it kinda hides all the hard work ive done :( im thinking of painting my cover any suggestions?

just got this steering wheel retrimmed for my ph quick will be taking off my current wheel and getting the same thing done and will be selling it if anyone's interested. (Thanks to burp for the wheel ;)) opinions welcome

im thinkin of lowering my 172 but not by much, would it be ok on the standard shocks if i changed the springs on shud i change my shocks 2?
