So just an update on whats happening for now. Unfortunately I didnt get any new pictures completely forgot tbh but its in a good need of a wash so will get some decent ones after that.
Now since its only a 1.2 I dont want to spend to much but what is going to happen will make a big difference...
I will be getting the coilovers fitted after christmas once snow has cleared , but am looking into custom springs?
seen a website that sells 90mm! custom springs...has anyone got any pictures of 90mm custom springs that I can see?
Cheers
Tom
Bought this car just over a year ago , first few mods where alloys wheels and window tints.

[/IMG]Limo Tint (NE Tints)
Unfortunately am regretting buying them alloys as they look very chav but when I bought the car I was dying for some alloys and those where cheap...
^^dont listen to him about mudflaps! its a Clio not a Subaru they can ruin perfectly good looking cars!
and yeah ad go lower, like I always say simple but effective mods stand out alot more imo
just been looking at the pics again...its sitting nicely but id lower it slighty more and about splitters if you look in certain threads some people see splitters as cheating and false lows you have probably seen what am on about...but yeah lower it more and keep standard splitter.
when people...
well it would help if you did declare it haha would void your cover i think if you didnt..but look on pistonheads/Corsa C UK and you see many Corsa owners don't bother declaring the conversion
ever looked at a z20let corsa?
if you bought a clio 172 or 182 and build on that you'd be lucky to get 200hp , if you went the corsa z20let route you could have at least 250hp and it would probably cost less than the clio!
looks good! you going the sport replica route?
other things that you could look into could be:-
Sport 172 Rear
Sport Grille
3/4 Plates
De-Wiper
Carbon Wrap
I dont even think I could use them tbh , Jimmy was on 15s I think and that was causing problems with arches/tyre wall , so 16s would just cause far to much hassle/damage haha taking the adjusters out with 16s will be safer for me
seen a few members on here are using Corsa B 60mm Springs...it drops the rear almost completely into arch, now not saying am going to buy them as am wanting my coilovers and alloys fitted first...but its an idea I have, now the alloys I will be getting like some of you may know are 16" Pro Race...
saw you today around 3.30-4
Blue 172/182 With Carbon Bonnet , Lowered
Look amazing!
you had some lass in car with you , going round the roundabout near south tyneside college -westoe
been reading a few comments in this thread , so sorry if they have already been mentioned, some cars may still be high on insurance but still...all depends on what you prefer at the end of the day , id be looking at Ep3/VXR/Clio 172/182 or 197/VW Golf
often seen threads on these type of subjects but hunting thru eBay at the clio 182's , came across this has to be one of the worst
