I have koni's and sportlines, they are ace.
When are you thinking of getting these? If you go to Marham in October I can take you out.
Re seal dude, dont think oil is going to leak from the plenum/inlet area. 1 litre in 5 years? thats rather exact bearing in mind the 5 oil changes it has had?
my mate came back from the 'ring and on the boat it sprung a leak, we had a good look round and found the filter had come loose, sounds simple and stupid but well worth a check dude
right, rough translation.
Okay, as all know, I have finally made up my mind that it is time for the longed-diff.
I hesitated a long time if this was really something I was quiet in the country. .. this is not the slightest surgery can be done on a car and I have never been even close to...

However for normal road use and the odd trackday, you are better off with OEM or AST.
The strut tops will move around into different positions. If you start the car, pop the bonnet and get a mate to turn the steering wheel you will see them rotate slightly and mover around.
If you have had it lowered I would go and have the tracking checked pal, I bet it is out, causing the...
I doubt the old bearing would have been kept in pal, they are a b*****d to get out, and when they come out they won't be in one piece, I tried and failed a few times.
I would have a look at adjusting the handbrake again. The creaking could just be your rear beam or the springs as the load is...
