Yes it has, my brother clayed it, polished it and gave it about 3 coats of wax 2 weeks ago. the dirt is not welded on, its just normal grime from everyday driving, as you can clearly see, my finger got rid of it in one of the pics.
Your missing my point pal, I dont need convincing how good it is. I want to know if I'm doing something wrong as the car clearly is as dirty as when i started.
right, this is what my bros car looked like before snowfoam
Then the snow foam
5 mins later, and this is where I think something may be wrong
And then once dry
Anyone have any helpfull suggestions?
Car was dirty but nothing bad, it gets cleaned once a week and I don't go off roading ;)
I'm just in the process of doing my bros car, which is in the same state as mine really, will post some pics up in a bit.
It's super snow foam I'm using.
I have just looked at your pics that I asked for, they are great cheers pal.
Anymore advice dude, my car looks like it hasn't been touched at all, I don't really understand.
Right I'm having issues with my new snow foam and want to check out my results to yours.
Can I please have some pics of your cars after you have snow foamed them. Not washed after or anything, just after the snow foaming please.
Cheers in advance
Steve
the car is well waxed.
I used about 25ml of snow foam in a 1 litre bottle, just as the container says. I used warm water to fill the bottle. The water going into the pressure washer is cold, and cold coming out.
Yeah I know that, but what I'm saying is that it has done nothing at all.
I was expecting something a little like this......

my car is still filthy
I have found a million threads on cleanmycar.com and various other forums and sites, their results seem brilliant, hence why I bought mine, but no joy at all for me.
Need some help here guys,
Just bought myself all of the stuff I need to snow foam my car,

Super snow foam
Snow foam lance
Just been out onto the drive and used it for the first time, I can honestly say there was no difference what so ever!!
I followed the...
I have no honest idea really, but I can't imagine all jc5 gearboxes being the same. I can imagine all of the 2.0ltr one will be as the engine design is basically the same, as in they all use the f4r engine iirc.
I would think the diesels are different.
Could Renault not tell you?
you won't get any power advantage out of a ram air duct untill around 100mph, as greeny said you are better off with the normal place for the inlet.
As regards heat soak, the damn thing is next to the engine, so unless you plate it in gold your gonna get hat soak I'm afraid.
I'm sure its to do with the shape of the tank pal.
I get around 300 miles to a tank with mixed driving, mostly being sensible.
See if you get the same or similar next time you fill up.
try taking the bottom bolts out, while its on jacks, feed the shock up through the wheel arch in to the boot that way. thats how I did it when I replaced mine.
Then lower it down until the bottom hole is in line with the rear beam, fit lower bolt, job done.
the reason it may not fit, is that...
get yourself some koni's pal, I really don't see the advantage of coilovers unless you are going to put it 'in da weeds'. I managed to fair pritty well at snetterton with a few clios on coilovers, they never got away, and that was with H&R's.
I dont think thats anything major. Try the re seal on the filler cap, it doesn't look like an area that will leak really, not low enough to be cam cover.
