keeping your car for a while longer alows you to save, cheaper running costs etc which can be put towards your new car, rather than having a 1.6 in the interim and spending more on running that.
not allowed to have the front tinted, can have the back as dark as you like. . .this how it was on my old clio, light enough to see through the front, medium on the back, tbh dont risk it, if you do the front and get stopped, ud have to take them off and itl look wierd with just the back tinted.

its a cup so it has those wheels as standard...
then again, your a freshman so you may need abit more schooling
