Yes, the seats were a letdown and the car wasn't as much fun as a Vee. I've got the money to burn and wanted a car that made me happy - something you seem to hold a grudge against me for. Get over it.
Please, care to point out where I've said I'm an authority on the car? All I've given is...
If you can make it to mine tomorrow night (assuming my car hasn't had another go at putting you in hospital) then there's a full chicken dinner going spare? LOL!
Seats were my biggest gripe. They're not massively supportive and you have to crouch to fit in they're that high! If someone finds a way to fix that then it's a great motor.
There's no need for the attitude, I was simply pointing out that you're sat there commenting on how I was able to drive a car in such a short period of time, yet you obviously don't realise that despite being detailed to within an inch of their life the cars still get driven!
Don't just assume...
Managed a couple of thousand miles in the Trophy thanks, and even had the V6 and the Trophy at the same time for a few days.
It's long enough - it's not like I drove it round a track three times on an experience day instead ;)
Well more fool you and your woeful knowledge of a car that you're trying to rip into whilst driving postman pat's van.
In 2001 Renault launched the Ph1 vee. You know, the 2001 Clio V6 they're referring to? The Ph2 was launched in 2003 with heavily revised suspension including longer wheelbase...
Definitely - and you got hints of it when it was baking hot out and you picked a good road, but I was saying to Justin (before being ridiculed!) that the same road on the same day in the same conditions, I was taking corners 10-20mph faster in the Trophy than I was in Exige. Same stands for the...
Absolutely, but unless the road was VERY smooth, and you were going beyond legal speeds and had been doing for long enough to get a LOT of heat in the tyres, then it was utterly useless. Not enough airflow over the surfaces to generate downforce of any significance, and the tyres couldn't do...
Depends on circumstances, before you start a riot!
On the roads around me, I was able to drive the Vee a lot quicker than I could drive the Exige before the front end washed out was what I said... On a track of course it's a different story! I just felt that the Exige didn't inspire...
The 2001 (Ph1) was a little bit of an animal - poke, poke, poke, poke and then it'll suddenly turn around and rip your arm out of it's socket, but the Ph2 is much more sure-footed.
Until it rains, anyway.
MSN Cars always seems to want to rival with that Auto Express b****cks anyway...
Won't get anything now without a proprietary battery - the Ixus ones last forever though! Quality. The Panny does well too - got my boss to get one and he's made up with it.
So:
You get your email directly from your server do you? No, wait, RIM's servers get it from your server and deliver it.
You can download music, directly to your Blackberry? No? You need a computer?
Wow, so many things that the iPhone relies on a laptop for: OS updates. F*ck me what a...
My iPhone doesn't crash. I've never had to pay for an update. Neither has anyone else who's ever bought one. It's never reset from being plugged into a computer either.
How's your ball? Had any issues with it yet? Has it disconnected you from your handsfree? x
