The panel is plugged back in but the time/temperature display isn't.

I removed the inlet manifold to swap the blower but the car ran after that. Not done anything since we did the loom.

I've just plugged my RSTuner in and it can't connect to the ECU.

The UCH was still connected to the loom but I'm not sure if the battery was disconnected when the multi plug was split. School boy error I know! UCH plugs seem fine but ill check again and I'll check all fuses.

As above, we removed the interior loom and dash to fit my roll cage. Now we've refitted it we are getting a red immobiliser light and no cranking. The indicators at the back work also but not the front. Is this a UCH issue, have I missed plugging something on of is it something else?

I've just stripped my loom. I traced each wire back to its terminal/pin and removed the whole thing. The only issue I had was when rebuilding it I get no response at all to the ecu, not even a dash light. I can't see how I've cocked anything up so guess I've just not refitted it right as it...

Re: Bateseys 172.. Two nuts run onto the stud together. Use a spanner on the nut nearest the hub to hold steady and tighten the second nut. Bit of stud lock before you start. Boom.

Hi Mate. The UCH is under the glovebox and controls things like lights, electric windows etc. It would be much easier for someone with a stripped car.

I paid a tenner for machining spigots.

If I was to swap to a non aircon/climate setup and loom, would it need to be a Cup item or would a 172 dash loom work?

Do me a massive favour and take a picture of the small UCH plug with the black half and the grey half. Can you take a shot end on showing the black and the grey as I need to check a couple wires. Preferably a phase 2 172. Thanks in advance.

Can't beat a tiny little black one tucked right into the corner of the windscreen. Tax discs are ugly as hell and sticking a giant holder on just makes them look worse.

I've removed my interior loom to fit my roll cage and I have a few plugs which weren't marked as I think they were unused. The first is from somewhere near the seats/centre console. The second is the top left of the dash, I think it's the connector for the front roof loom. The third is...
