    The disc looks to be ok. For some reason the jacks feet suddenly bent and the car went backwards and feel. The wholes in the tarmac came from the disc and the rear arm that holds the hub. Sam

    The side strips just push off. Open the door and then push towards the front arch. Then you should be able to see the badges from the otherside of the strip. Sam

    If I were you I would take the whole bump strips off. This way you won't snap the clips so easily. Sam

    Fitting - you can do yourself. Takes 45mins if you know what you are doing and a couple of hours if you don't. Tracking = 20 to 25 quid. 115 is a good price for the springs though. Sam
