are these any good guys are they worth the money but do they damage anything long term? wheres best place to get one from at a cheap price???

shoudnt think it will damage anything.
They seem to be good, but a few people have said you have to really stretch for 1st and 3rd.

IMO, the feeling is snatchy, they are inaccurate, foul the underside of the car in most cases, are expensive and dont save any shifting time at all.

And overspeeding the shifts on these gearbox's just leads to accelerated wear.
