Carb freezing.
Is it a carb or injection engine? If it is a carb, it may need re-jetting to adjust fuel flow.
I'd lose that feed from the manifold and fit a nice feed from the front of the car.
It will be a pre-production jobbie to revise suspension settings etc.
They will struggle over here as the single suicide door is on the drivers side. Numptys.
Have a go yourself mate. I re-painted my recess after filling the original fixing holes. Because of the recessed sides and the relatively small area that will be left showing, the finish or colour match don't need to be fantastic.
I was going to buy this around 12 months ago. It was advertised as bent and I nearly it won it for £12. Then a bidding war started and it ended up shooting up to around £170. Madness.
Have you tried gently wafting a paint stripper (electric type) over the bumper? When the bumpers and arches faded on Corsa B's, a quick session with the heat gun would soon bring them back up.
Upsetting these kids again Jimmy? LOL
Where does the German connection come in? Do you originate from there or have you spent time over there? Just curious.
Magic. Just like that mate but a little shallower, and the silver line across the top of the lower grille removing if you could, where the numberplate would over hang.
I've spotted you on MS Chico, you looking for a DCI 175?
I'm 99% certain that my next chariot will be an R26 so i'm looking into subtle styling mods.
Can some kind soul PS the plate on this pic' and reduce it down to 3/4 size. If you could keep the original recess, that would be great.

How would you go about claiming?
I have small bulbes of rust on the under side of my bonnet and the stupid number plate carrier on the rear has caused small bubbles to appear on the tailgate.
Mine ran 174 with just an exhaust and panel and 178 after the map on Pauls old dyno of choice.
With the inlets done, the sports cat' fitted and the phase 1 airbox, I reckon she'll be 185-190 now.
This a 172 btw.
The car looks great barring the plates.
How did you fare against the S2 Elise? I had a dabble today and expected to get wasted but he can't have pulled more than 2 car lengths on me over a couple of bends and up to 120ish.
