i went from a mk2 172 to a 182 +cup packs and cant notice any difference at all in the speed stakes

mine rattles, just like my 172 did, but then again my missus new mini convertable thing rattles even worse! think its jut luck of the draw whether you get a well put together one or not

cup also has no rear headrests :)

my 172 did it but my 182 dosent at all

mine does it from time to time but it dosent bother me, As long as the alarm is still armed id rather just leave it be than have renault tamper with it.

same happened to me i got the mark off with auto glym paint restorer i think its called, (it has a purple label)

ive never had a problem with mine touch wood bar the obligitory rattles

i think the michelins cover the rim better than the contis

yep just tried it agian to make sure with my p900 and k700i and infra-red from both sets it off and it gives a high pitched beep for a few seconds and flashes up LASER on screen.

i had turinis on my iceberg silver 172, looked ace, but they do look smaller than 182/172 wheels.

it alerts you no matter what speed you are doing to a laser, at least mine does ad ive tested it by activating it myself using irda on my phone or a remote etc, even while stationary it went off

i opened mine up and smeared vaseline on the inside of the buttons to stop them rattling, then to stop the cradle rattling opened it up and covered the magnets with blue tac :) not a rattle to be heard now.

personally think it looks far better than lower model clios. I park mine on a busy street every day at work and there is always loads of people stop to look at it etc

i have one cant find the external antenna for it for cheaper than about £40 and i badly need it as it never gets a signal even sitting at the little untreated bit of screen

mine does it too, 172 never. Dont think its a problem tho, personally think it sounds pretty cool

Anyone know when the next map update is due out? or how often they update them as the current one dosent seem to be very new, there is loads of streets in my town alone that arent on it but have been there for years and half teh estate i live on is missing even tho its years old too.....

i need to buy the external antenna too as i never get a signal but the cheapest ive found it is nearly £50, shame the one from my origin b2 dosent fit it

3 coats? yeah primer,paint,laquer :) Liam: no pic sorry my digi cam is poor and wouldnt pick it up but anyway: I bought autoglym paint restorer and its done the job very well its almost completely gone can only see it now if you look hard Wierd thing tho my old iceberg silver 172 would have...

yeah tried polish etc no joy whatsoever. Just shows how sh*t quality the paint is i guess
