I did an MCSA this year purely because it looks good on the CV - ignore those who say its worthless; if you're short-listed against another chap without the qualifications, it might be the MCSE/A that bags you the job.
You make a good point about protecting the engine bay, etc. But the shocks aren't protected by the arch liner, so that wouldn't make any difference.
When I had no arch liners on my 182, it used to cry tears of mud from the front headlights. lol
Yeah its really upsetting, I like my neighbours cat. It s***s and pisses all over my front garden, it really would be a shame if it strolled out on to the main road and decided to die... :quiet: ;)
The only losses tend to be mods which never make any money (and possibly detract value)....never buy brand new, the older the better, and make sure its not a Rover, Alfa or anything thats not popular.
That worries me slightly - not sure if its only a few steps away from neon washer jets and lexus lights :S
Is it simply a £30 fine and not a points penalty?

Ye olde number plates....the white (or silver) text on a black backing.
Has anyone on here got these style plates on their car? Do you get pulled over frequently for a full-on cavity search, or have the (hang on, try not to laugh) police got better things to do.

What sort of evidence did you need on your side as proof? After all, the guy could have said he was never even there (which is the sort of w****r thing that you'd expect from this person!)
