I provided Silkolene to the dealer for my service, but when I got back in the car there was a 1l bottle of the shell stuff on the passenger seat for top ups, very nice, probably won't be used but still :approve:
The in gear times are very shocking, never realised the gap would be quite that large!
That's always been the problem with high revving engines like the F4R, K20, etc.
The 197 does look a hell of alot better in and out on those pics though!
Like Ad said as well, the 197 is priced like a Reno...
I wouldn't recommended cheap oil, at the end of the day, that oil is going to be in there a while, and it's damn important, it's worth spending that extra fiver or whatever.

Sign up there ^ you'll probably find you can get the decent oil the same price as cheaper...
Went Life once or twice, was actually alright, but then it burnt down!
Only went that Storm place (behind LaPoste) once, NEVER again!!!!
Kettering's down the road, it's ooookk there, my usual stint :clown:
Haha, yer, he wants top value for his car, which is fair enough really, if he won't drop the price, buy another one mate, that or hold out and wait to see if he drops it.
What's the mileage? I assume there's no A/C?
If it's about 30k then I'd say the car is probably just about worth 4.8k, car say 4k and then £800 for the mods, which just about adds up.
I'm surprised you can insurance TPFT only, most companies will only offer fully comp insurance on cars worth over 5k, at least that's what I've found in the past.
