Do you not know anyone that's hand with a spanner that can help? I certainly wouldn't take it to a garage, not a clue what they would charge tbh. It is a very simple job, source the original parts first and it should be real obvious as what to do!

You will need the original parts before you can take it off. Have a search for engine bays of standard clios. It's a fairly simple job, but if you have no clue get some gease monkey to do it for you.

WTF are Zenons? lol. The only way is to either get a HID kit, or get some illegal bulbs, neither will be Xenon's, but HIDs are very good.

Cups don't fail because of no ABS, it can be down to the rear bias, I was worried about mine when it had it's first MOT, but it went through fine. So don't panic yet!
