Been covered lots mate. H&R are rated much better than FKs. I was going to get H&Rs on my cup but had a sudden change of heart (and car) but speak to Fred at YozzaSport, was a great help when I was considering it, and good prices.

I love yellow, but don't think it would work with flame red, try get a red as close to the car as possible.

I had Tarox pads on mine, did the job nicely, better than standard. They do produce a fair amount of brake dust though, but I'm sure most decent pads will.
