Re: V-Tec f4r ^yes I think that depends on me doing a good job on his first engine! He's got all the bits already, don't forget to fit those you need to machine the head and buy the cams to go with them = ££££££

5L 5W40 oil filter is about £6 from the dealer and the washer is about 50p, don't use non genuine filters, they're generally crap

grooved discs completley, stick to brembo plain

drain the oil before you undo those 3 bolts on the gaitor ;) turn the steering full lock right aswell, makes it easier getting the shaft out
