    cool When I was making mine (fell through, wasnt happy) I cut 2 45 deg angles then filed the 2 points off, worked quite well although only for right angles

    definately dont start it again, get as much stripped down as possible. Take the inlet manifold off and try fishing it out

    Thats the perfect stance, front slightly lower than rear. Take torsion bar fully out and use a jack to get the height exact none of this clicks rubbish unless you want a fubard beam

    Id check the filler cap for signs of head gasket going. Could be over heating/ air lock etc

    Just wire the standard speaker wire to the crossover box, then you run a cable from the crossover to the woofer and a cable to the tweeter
