Check the mount under the battery as the bolts may have worked loose. This caused a lot of knocking on mine!

You dont have to accept the car back until you are 100% Satisfied with it. If the seat cover is wrong, the insurance will have to pay to sort it out. witht the trims at nearly a grand a piece they need to be the right 1's!

Sounds very like a Lambda sensor or a TDC, both of which should show up on the Clip test!

Climate control on the 172 Ph2 FF, and on some Cups as an option! Confusing ino! FF will only be a PH2 172!

The problem is in order to find a fault there needs to be a sensor to tell the computer what's wrong, if you have a fault where there is no sensor it'll be fun working out what's wrong!

Sounds like a TDC sensor or possibly the map sensor! Get it on to the computer for a proper diagnostic!

Yea the Zorst took about 6 hrs to get fitted rite! I think Magnex should reli look at a Clio b4 they make an exhaust for it! I quite like the lights tbh, look better at night. Ino it's hard to appreciate, but there's almost a depth to the paint! I've never had that before!

Just got round to taking a few pics of the 172 after the Zaino Treatment. I was very impressed with the results. Cleanest my car has ever been! Zaino FTW!

Just my own personal opinion. I just don't feel in control in any automatic car. As I said above it's prob the best Automatic box on the market atm, but I just don't like auto's!

Sorry, I stand corrected. The new 1's are all 240BHP I thought the 1st 1's had the 200BHP engine?

U'd need a diff gear box etc. Alot of work!

Yep, but as long as you get the inlet manifold with the new engine it won't be a problem. Mine even came with the longer hose to connect to charcoal can! :D

I fitted a 182 engine to my 172 with no problems at all!

My DCI 100BHP was the same. Tho only dropped on a long run when not in traffic. They will never sit with 3 bars, seem to drop 2 at a time. I think it's normal tho!

Great job Mikey mate! I'm now getting a custom map made tho to iron out a few wee rough bits. However, the group n map makes a huge difference!

I just hate automatic boxes. I prefer to tell the car what gear to be in! Lol! Just personal preference, the DSG is probably the best auto box on the market atm!

You can def feel the extra 40bhp in the K1 compared to the normal Cupra. As for the exhaust, I really like it. Pics don't do it justice. But each to their own. I think a 3dr Manual Edition 30 would jus do it for me! The DSG box is a pile of shite!

So was the spark plug at fault? Or was it something else? It may be covered by parts warranty if you used genuine parts and they failed?
