Couldnt it just be clogged with some crap from the fuel tank - could be something simple like that, have you checked the fuel filter? my old scirocco did this and lost power in the same way you describe etc.
Here it is again if you dont wanna click page 1. It is from Renaultsport tho - apparently......

My Group N ecu is the ECU used on the group N rally clios apparently. Allows revving to 7800 rpm on the rev counter and chews up fuel. Thats why its not in my car anymore! its to be used in conjunction with the group N exhaust, the lightening and suspension mods as per group N requirements. No...
Heres my Group N ecu - is it the same thing?
If the pic doesnt work, like it probably wont. Have a skeg on:

Brand new cars are rarely, fresh out of the factory - theyre usually sat around waiting to be pdid, valetted etc, so the stickers will be well and trully stuck on. If theyre just sticker stickers, then a hair dryer on hot setting and a stanley knife can be used. But ive never tried it on paint...
Is it really worth it guys? cant everyone just kiss and make up?

Im not sure - my bros work colleague ordered a new 306 meridian a while back and my bro told her to ask them to debadge it, and its debadged. Give it a try before you pick it up. Theyl do a nice job of it id have thought....
I like the Cooper-S a lot. Test drove one a while back with my g/f. You can see loads out of the window, really good visability etc. Couldnt really get to toast it around because the salesman was in the back seat, but did manage to get some weird light come on around a bend when i floored it...
uh oh.......;)
Dont know where you can find sport badges, but dont go nicking mine!!!
I guess you can ask the dealer to remove the badges before you buy it? Itd probably look best totally debadged, rather than adding extra badges. Who wants extra weight?
Civic Vti or esi would be nice actually - VTEC 1.6 with a nice portion of 158 bhp id have thought. Stuff an induction kit on it and it sounds like heaven on earth.... "rrrraaaaaahhhRRRRAAAAAAAAAHH!!!!"
Heres my opinion and most of the people ive met, spoken to etc about it. Had the choice of a mk.1 172 or mk.2. The mk.1 i chose had 1,000 miles on it and was going for £11,400, the mk.2s were £11,600 imported new. I nearly didnt buy a 172 at all when i saw the new look (bug eyed) until i saw a...
with regards to the pump thing, when i was asked to prepay i was shocked - never had to do this before so asked the guy for a receipt before i handed over my cash.....
When i see or read posts about your turbo conversion nick i start to salivate heavily! I can only imagine how fast that beast is going to be. Anyone can go and buy a scoob or something like that "ready-built power" if thats the right way to put it, but when someone does something as drastic and...
Dont take this the wrong way but id save your money if i were you and save up for an exhaust or induction kit or something if youre into power/noise mods, and if you are then any mpg you may save will be lost the next time you boot it off the lights! Im sure if renault wanted to make their 1.2...
hmmm today was amazing for driving. I spent all day just driving around and about to go out again! saw loads of motorbikes just driving/cruising around and racing each other. Lots of modders about in supras freshly waxxed and looking great! i love driving!!!!!
Dont underestimate the estate V6 406s!!! they are really quick!!!? I used to work (summer job) for a subaru, peugeot, ssangyong, isuzu garage delivering and valetting cars and got to drive every different sort of peugeot under the sun not to mention every scoob! (which was fun) Anyway, one of my...
oh yeah and if it was UK spec it will have a bonnet scoop if its twin turbo and none if its not. However the Jap imports dont have scoops and can be either single or twin turbo......... 6 speed manuals are v.rare. I really like them (twin turbo manuals that is) and wouldnt mind one!
Good toasting. Perhaps it was an autobox 3.0 litre N/A and full of subs? The N/A supras have something like 230 bhp and weigh a fair bit , and the autos probably weigh a bit more. So something like 160 per tonne or maybe lower? I heard of someone in here, i think Louise (?) who raced her...
Hmmm, mines touching 142 or thereabouts at 6500 rpm, with another 700 rpm to go! i might make a bullet-shaped bodykit for it, or just wrap my car in a giant condom and see what i can achieve, at least ill be practising it safely.....
I dont think ive seen one in the flesh, but believe they are pretty darn quick - dare i say in road conditions something to really think about when contending with. In gear times are bound to be impressive, and of course as everyones said: tuning potential. Plug in a jabba-the-hut ecu and...
Yeah ill bet, my dad maybe 60 but he still likes to put his toe down! hehe. Thats where i get it from i think..... In gear times should be impressive with all that 236 lb ft of pulling power, coupled with 6 gears, it should be interesting..... I think the key with those hi-torque diesels is to...
hehe, probably modded to the gunnals! rear wheel drive id have thought. Light weight i guess and a twin cam carbed race engine and no doubt itd shift. We know someone who owns a Morris Minor on a 1600 cc with Holbay head and twin 45s, 160 odd bhp, but doesnt weigh much - spits flames...
