why not get an exhaust or induction kit instead? at least youd get some noise for your money spent.... When i got an ecu for mine and nothing else the only difference was the raised rev limit, and you couldnt really notice any power gains - (if there were, which i doubt).

yeah tell me about it. Managed to get about 160 miles out of quarter of a tank. Not bad. About a 600-700 mile tank. Its sooo diesely tho! and sounds/looks really funny when you accelerate and the car really shifts and its a diesel! chug chug chug!!!! tsssssssssssssssssss CHHHHHHHHH!!!

and the higher the pressure, the less the tyre will flex under cornering and stay its intended shape, provided youve got enough grip on your tyres, should give better grip....? obviously dont go too high with pressure as itl slide like you say..

Ive embarrasingly checked and noticed ive been driving around with really low pressures (around 1 bar lower than they should be!) and after pumping them up to 2.1 and 2.3 bar, rear and fronts respectively, the cars road holding and "adjustability" (if thats the right word) has been greatly...

Save yourself the fitting fee and do it yourself, its quite easy. Unless theyve got to plug it in or something? But if you do decide to DIY heres a tip: slide the battery back a bit before you do anything.....took me ages to undo those bloody nuts on the ecu case with the battery in the way!
