Not only should the mph be higher in result 1 but also i dont know about anyone else in here, but am i right in thinking youve got a 1.2 clio? not sure about...
id like to see that nova negotiating a corner. Its a good job he does have the 17incher in the boot - hell need as much weight in their as possible to hold the rear wheels onto the road with a 2.0 litre turbo in there.
Cool. They have about 140 bhp per tonne and are slightly slower than the 200 Vi 0-60 but overall driving should be quicker ive heard. Was the guy really pushing his as much as you were? remember that most people with BRMs are quite old folks/enthusiasts and maybe dont wanna break em? Id have...

robfenn and KDF thats a bit harsh. I could be equally nasty and say that everyone ive spoken to when i told them i had a 172 said ewww, i hope its not the new shape one. I happen to like the new shape 172s, probably equally to the mk.1s. This topic has turned to a personal opinion declaration.

I had the choice of a mk.2 brand new for £11,600 and a mk.1 for £11,400 with 600 miles on it. I chose the mk.1. I greatly preferred the looks back then of the mk.1s but now ive grown to like the mk.2s as well.
the only thing that would put me off the rallye would be the weight of it. The other rallyes tend to be a fair bit lighter than the standard ones - for example the 205 rallye. Or are they not? i dont really know. If the CUP was able to shave off 89 kg why couldnt the rallye? IMO i think the...

whats the deal with insurance on tracks? i gather if you ding it you gotta pay cos in my documents it says a big "no" to racing. Can you pay for insurance on the day on the specific track or do you just have to be careful? Ive heard stories of someone i think at goodwood who crashed their car on...
