I think this is what I've got on the roof of my car only on one side though, you can only see it when the sun shines on it and you look at it at an angle, its quite rough feels like dirt/sand but won't budge.
What would be the easiest way to repair this chip? Its broke through the lacquer, paint and primer. I don't really want to have to sand it all down and colour code it again.
Thanks in advance.
Went I was on holiday in Tunisia a few months ago, the taxi a PH2 clio that gave me a lift back to the hotel had over 225,000 miles on :|. Noticed they dont bother with the services either has his light was on. They have some sort of clio saloon over there aswell think its called the clio thalia.
6000k is the best as that is when the most light is admitted. Above and below that the quality of the light starts to get worse.
Id just search for a set of 6000k d2s on ebay mate wouldn't worry about them being philips or not.
Was about £35 I think mate, they were off a higher spec car.
I've got a set of mint PH1 clocks with a silver fascia if you want to buy them, bought them for mine but didnt fit.
Have you tried using other clocks?
This happened on my PH2 but werent as wild as a 25mph difference.
I replaced the clocks and its worked fine ever since.
