Plenum can be made to work either way. IF the cam cover has been checked before it was fully built up then you can sometimes get away with swapping them over. I've chucked cams in with no followers etc and checked how the cams turn.

no need for lights and sharp edges don't come into it either, only corrosion and damage.

is there anything that will record video but use an external mic for the sound?

why not just get tiny alternator and make some brackets up for it? think you might just about be upto the stage of making a decent bracket by now :wink:

piston dimensions, with them you canr work out exactly what's what if you want to be bang on 9:1.

the pms is for the normal alternator, you've got the 172 cup alternator.

it was chris i was talking to about meg pistons and sure he said about them being lower cr? wossner not give dimensions on their site?

fwir the meg listed pistons give a lower cr used in the clio engine? what power and boost figure you aiming for?

i'd take quoted ratios with a pinch of salt anyway, most will give few different sizes from 82.5mm-84mm but still give same cr. (sizes are off top of my head by the way)

not that bad to fit it all, worst part is cleaning the old beam up before you get it all done.
