Do you have a 172 Cup? The single piece shaft is normally used on these where the two piece is the 172/182 unit and requires a bearing carrier which is bolted to the back of the block

There are some places that can replace this for you but if it were me, I'd just replace it with a genuine Renault refurbished item for around £150 (don't forget to replace the aux belt kit also).
Absolutely anything... coolant temp sensor, H02 Sensors, MAP sensor, or even something like badly blowing exhaust, incorrect timing or general poor engine condition.
Needs properly looking at to say for sure but that is wrong.
You can't ever fully remove the SRS as the cars network knows it should be there by design.
You can however have it reconfigured to tell it that there are no SRS components in specific areas which makes the system behave as it should.
Try diagnostics first rather then wasting money guessing. A decent tech will be able to take one look at the live data outputs and tell you what's not looking right... forget code reading.
