I would imagine that Renault will be quite expensive but I got a price from my local wheel place. 17s £170 each minus tyre, 16s £150!!

I use Catrol GTX Magnatec 10W 40 about as good as any. Tyres I use 33psi frton and 31psi rear Toyo Proxes T1-S there are better but for the price they cant be beaten £39 a corner from mytyres.net (might have gone up a bit now!)

All you need is to draw round a set of mats so that replicas can be made! Unfortunatley you wouldnt get anything other than to be able to order the ClioSport Mats mats for your car! Im not getting anything for doing this. Do it for the club!

Clio Mk1 & Mk2 172 Mats and all other clios of the same shape These mats will soon be available and will consist of 2 front mats and 1 rear (combined rear exactly the same as tha standard 172 mats) The colour will be dark grey with a dark grey binding again this is the same colour as the 172...

Ralphy_VTS Your getting a slightly biased view since only people who have had faults have replied, except me. There are hundreds of users of the forum and the fact that only a few have reported faults shows how few there are. Go on any forum Scooby, CTR etc and Im sure you will get a few...

NICE! How much was that Cup rear spoiler? Do you work for Renault?

The Cup should come with the Splitter so check yours and if its not there then tell the dealer and they should fit it. Most people say its in the boot when the car is delivered.

I agree, I hope the Clio never ever gets mentioned in the same breath as the Saxo, Nova category!

Since I used to own a Saxo I can give a pretty good comparison. The materials used in the Clio are simply streets ahead of the Saxo in terms of quality and ergonomics. It feels like a much bigger car and so much nicer to be in. The saxo is too long in the tooth!!! In terms of niggling little...

What is the MAC couse? Do they teach you how to MAC bread? Best way to bake, how to fit as much bread in the back so you get the best load....etc? ;)

Craggys vids shows that the difference is not as much as you might think between 172 and VTS. The VTS is one car I have never had the opportunity to play with but I have played with lots of CTRs!

A little faster yes, no match is a slight exageration! On paper the 172 is faster than a VTS but we all know results. There is even less in it between a CTR and 172 so its even tighter. KeithO will give an honest opinion, wont ya mate?!?!
