Those Speedline wheels are the WRC variants and are V. Expensive no centre caps either. The bottom right one only comes in 18"! There are two version of the turini the one we all know about and the WRC Wheel (Below) these have no centre cap and are £1200 in 17" with budget tyres...
If this is to be your only car then it would have to be the P1. They are truly awsome, I was looking at them once. If you go for one shop carefully as they have normally been thrashed, check the brakes. I looked at 5 and they were all really bad examples, covered in stone chips and the interior...
Vauxhal or not its still one nice car! When I was younger it was always one of my dream cars and it still looks good today though those wheels look a bit dinky now. Just goes to show how times have changed
What mpg do you get out of that cant be much?
Yeah Im thinking of getting a set. I like the fact that it wont really look like an after market wheel as I will be able to get the Renault centre cap from the Cup. Dont care much about people think I copied, they are a quality lightweight wheel! Let me know what prices you get and I will...

Youll be looking at aroung £900 with decent tyres around £1000 if like me you want Eagle F1s
Right. Ive just checked my spare wheel! Under the cap it says CH 48.5, now i dont know whether this is the offset but I would imagine that it is!
I have also found out that the wheel that I want (Speedline Turini) comes in an ET40 offset so I would imagine that this is alright!
The clio cup...
Someone saying that they toasted a cup is not someone saying that their car is faster just faster in that particular circumstance.
We all know on paper that the Cup is faster by a few tenths but we also know that not everyone a such a capable driver i.e. a VTS is slower on paper than a VTS but...
Im about to get some new wheels in 17" for my 172. I believe the standard offset is ET48.5 but the closest the wheels I want come in is ET35.
Will they go on without any problems? I know Geoff had ET40 with no problems so will 5mm make that much difference??
mikeherts - My dad had 2 of his BMW wheels done by wicked wheels. They came out to the house and did a great job. 6 months later though the laquer flaked off and then the paint!!!
My dad spoke to his local BMW bodyshop for advice. They told him they used to use Wicked Wheels for alloy...
I have noticed that a lot of 172 owners are becoming ex-172 owners as many people seem to be selling their Clio 172s. So the question is "Are you still happy with your 172?"
I was thinking about this and looked at all the options I had (what I could realisically afford). CTR, Leon Cupra R...
