Almost certainly not. Alarms/Immobs/Trackers are generally a requirement for higher end vehicles rather than a discount for lower end cars. I'm sure someone will tell me I'm wrong and that they got a discount after fitting a cobra or such with some company, but as a rule, it shouldnt make any...
Have you tried getting quotes with and without the mods to find out the difference? Could always pay to have it put back to standard and sell the bits to help pay the cost. Possibly try a local broker in town or something too. They always come back with companys you would never think to of...
Yeah, you failed to mention that. What mods? Seems like you're going all out for the highest quote you can get!! Drop the mods if possible, hike your xs, try quotes with and without a parent on it (can make it higher or lower, depends on the company). Are you a student? Try putting your part...
I assume thats the Tesco Value policy with that xs? Note your missus will have an extra £250 comp xs on top of that and you will have no legal cover/courtesy car/option to protect your ncd..

Parked on Hunter House Rd on Sunday mornin, right across from me :)
Yes that pretty much is the actual angle of the hill and yes my parking on saturday night was woeful :P
Nice Pug GTI on that road too, always parked there..
Coming out of Viccy Centre car park, I was going to jump into the gap, but the car made me let you in you understand ;)
Also a couple in an Arctic Blue 04 182 com,ing out the top entrance followed me up to Mansfield rd..
Very shiny dark blue Alpina B7 pulled up next to me at the lights later on..
they aren't allowed to let it leave the garage without tax, but it isn't their resposibility to provide it..
Edit: First thing Availablecar and the rest do is reclaim the tax on any cars traded in..
