Yep I've just refreshed all four corners on mine with 195/45's but I still had to check with Danny's clio trivia. If the car had 205's from factory though just bare in mind the electronics are configured for this size not 195's

Just remember that the 195 rubber will reduce your rolling radius and marginally effect your speedo reading by about 2% It can be changed via CLIP if you're really bothered.
