Yoz and Dansta used to have them, iirc they both need repacking now!
They sound bl00dy lovely.
I got prospeed to make one look 'similar' for my cup but the can is more simple. The sound's not too far off now either as i think all the baffles have blown away, lol.
I had this same problem when I ordered from Demon Tweeks the other month. I think they're not shipping from italy to anyone in this country! iirc it's the momo one?
I got one from fleabay in the end.
This should be pinned for those who put coilovers on.
You need to cut off or bend the mounting platform/bracket that joins the bumper. It's where that bulge is near the bumper/wing join.
If you don't and you lower the car it will catch it and potentially ruin a tyre or even peel it off...
Yeah you normally get the horn push with the wheel. This wheel's very similar, same size etc but no thumb bulges. I got one with mine. Depending ont he boss kit you get, wiring it in is easy:
I warped a set of discs at the ring, but we did do 5 lasp in a row. Other than that they've been fine.
I find the the more heat you can get into the brakes before hand the better.
ECE aproved, you've lost me?! It goes through the MOT fine, partly cos I have a mate in the approved business (if you get my meaning?). They are fine, as long as there's belts per seat then it's OK, plus I've left the original belts in anyway.
Baldy, the seats are fine until about an hour...
44mpg normally, 380 from a tank. 2.5/3 tanks a week!
I don't use her that much anymore as I'm 8/9 miles from work now, especially as ride to work aswell. A tank every 2 weeks :D
Nope, the H&R's have been on for about 40,000 now. The only problem I have was hitting a dead badge once over a blind crest.
Used to commute 110 miles a day on them too, they are very good.
Standard suspension, I sh!t it.
Much of a much really, a friend of mine runs the max discs and has driven mine a bit (and at the ring) and says there's nowt in it, and I'm running the HC ones. Both on DS2500's though.
Took the ledge out for a tickle tonight as it was so nice, Got some heat in the brakes and warmed her up for yet another ring trip next week. AJ!!
Thought I'd get the camera out.
I spoke to Leo (oldskool) a few times on trackdays in the past who ran the brembo kit. He said the braking wasn't much different, just had a lot less fading.
Overkill unless you do as much track work as he does imo.
contis are good for a few thousand, then sh!t, then goodish again.
mine use to squeel a lot but i liked them. the pe2's are good though although can melt on track.
