best get the hack saw or mallet out then. look under the arch where the bumper meets the wing. there's a bracket with a bolt through it. you need to take as much of this away as possible or it will catch depepneding on how low your car is. obviously, only go up to the bolt.

erm, have you cut away or bent the bumper mounting plate away? if you haven't, you're lucky not to have peeled a tyre from the rim!

If you can use some ramps it's easy enough yourself. As said above, it's the setting up that can cost. I got mine done at Mark Fish once too. Tbh there's not a lot of setting up to do on the H&R's, just get the camber right on the front.

doubt it'll settle much on a cup. cups are different than std 172's for some reason. even the apex sit higher than the std 172/182's.
