    Fitting front/rear discs 172?

Also, you'll need brut force to undo the carrier bolts for the front calipers, especially if you're on the floor with no room for leverage! I thought I was going to pull the car ontop of me when I did mine lol.

y are my lights sooo low??

ALso, bear in mind you'll probably get through bulbs quicker if you're running coilovers as they shake the car more? I've changed 9 or 10 bulbs now on mine. But, you may have xenons so ignore that lol.

    F1's or Proxie's

PE2's have a lot of sidewall flex too but that pays as you get more tread stayng on the road. I couldn't deal with the F1's, way too much side movement from the tread. Grippy though.

    F1's or Proxie's

Toyo's squeeeeeeeeeeeeeel like mad, similar to contis. PE2's or F1's

    Fitting front/rear discs 172?

Depending on the age of the old rear discs you may need a hub puller! I changed cup/darth/whatevercake's once and they wouldn't budge. A quick visit from Remsport sorted that out;) Also, as said don't go mad with copper slip you don't need a lot at all. And if they're mintex they'll squeek no...
