as above, just one light dust coat of laquer will just make it feel like P80 grit sandpaper. cellulose single pack needs to be put on very wet or else it dries very rough. you'll paint your wheels gloss black, theyll dry to a pretty mint finish, youll put the laquer on and youll end up painting...
