I had that goose/squeek noise sorted ages ago. It was the top mounts rubbing on the underside. They just grind the hole out bigger.
This noise happens mainly on un even surfaces but not bumpy, if that makes sense? Probably the top part of the coilovers.
It started about 15,000 miles ago but hardly noticable but now it's all the time over small bumps/undulations. It sounds like it's coming from the glove box and infront of the steering wheel which makes me think it could be the struts. But being a complete novice when it comes to the mechnical...

must say my h&r's are so good on these shitty british roads. considering the how much less travel there is compared to the orignal 4x4 ride height, they soak up all types of bumps much much better. i will be honest and say they could be a bit stiffer for the track, the rear mainly but sure h&r...
