Mine on H&R's. btw, Eibachs WON'T lower a 172 cup...I've tried it but they are a good spring. I've also had APEX which a bot harsher but fine non the less. But the cream of the crop are the H&R's, for road use at least. Perhaps a little soft for track use but unfortunately I sepnd more time on...
As above, anyone know anywhere that can re weld exhaust mounts and tweak my exhaust?
Since the mount snapped a few months ago which was fixed, the tail pipe sits a bit lower than it did. Could do with fine tuning.
It's full now anyway! My mates boss got the last place in his new Carrera.
Some get insurance, some don't. It's purely up to you, I don't though. Most days are so well organised that there's no need in my opinion but others will probably disagree.
don't wait for the mods, do a trackday. bedford autodrome isn't far away and is a good firts trackday. all grass run off so no gravel or walls to hit. has a good mixture of corners/straights etc. it's good. I'm there on march 4th.

Aah, honeymoon period I thought so. All I can say is (without sounding like your dad) is take it easy. The honeymoon period is when things go pear shaped. I gave the honeymoon period a re-run after about 6 months and been in it ever since...65,000 miles on!
H&R's are the dogs danglies in...
lol, I think I followed you the other night up to Rush green but had too much traffic to get near you, got behind you (if it was you) on the straight though.
Nice driving...again, if it was you??
p.s. Get H&R's for your cup mate, they are awesome.
If the driver is capable then I doubt any mods apart from a 400bhp conversion will divide the 2.
The better driver will win...if it's a manly race type thing, of course.
I now live back in Dovedale as I'm doing the 'on a break' thing with the missus, all back on track though. Was living with her up Musley hill.
This is odd. Especially after moaning about never being spotted in the 2 and a half years of being on this forum.
ware garages has something to do with that. apparently the ralliart dealer that owns the renault garage has an agent on the prowl for rsports, that's why there's always some up there.
Yeaj I've seen PE2's melt and know I'd do it if I got those too. Paradas seem to be a way to go. 8k's not bad, but I got 8k out of my first set of contis...and they're rock hard in comparison lol.
That's not a bad price. I might have to get a set.
Silly question, is it easy to kill a front set on a trackday? Basically I either change now and have a better day but run the risk of needing 2 more or kill my contis and have no grip all day but start fresh with 4 new ones after the...
