All down to driver ability imo. Put Jon_r or Nik (iirc from last summer) in a full fat 172 and try your luck against them in a stripped out 172cup and unless you're as good as they are, you'll get spanked!

As long as you're level headed it's not that taxing. The only thing to worry about is others. Apart from that it's pish. She's cool, wants to do more and go to the Nurburgring now. All that banter about having a 'chavvy' car and she asks for the keys now, lol.

These PE2's beter be all they're cracked up to be, just ordered 4 after using Contisports since having the cup. As shark says, can't grumble at them.

Checked the cup this morning to see how the oil level was and it was a bit down. I know the dip sticks on these are as useful as a chocolate tea pot but after I'd topped it up, the level was over the top mark (must have poored it like I do a beer!). Would a little too much oil be a problem, I...
