tbh you can pick up good specs brand new for around £300 now id probably price up your bits seperatly on ebay and see what theyre going for. if you dont want the hassle of stripping it then id go with billys valuation

you can put an extra clamp on it, so it bolts up near the handbrake lever. mine hung real low too and used to catch on speedbumps until i put the extra one on
