Too "difficult" to apply and same issues with needing a perfect base as CQUK, Stu.
A good shout. That or 845 Insulator Wax. Or C2V3...
Tough Coat is also pretty good tbf.
Lots of options, Ryan.
Sounds like you're using something that's statically charging the centre console. Try using a spritz of QD. If your car is dusty (i.e. you drive with the windows down etc) it's going to happen unfortunately.
Insurance logic, chap. Recent experience with something similar; a family member was at fault pulling out of a B road, the claim went down 50:50. The other party were on the wrong side of road, overtaking stationary lorries in an industrial park. This was used against them by "our" side.
I know this is a jibe, but I'm amazed CarPro themselves didn't say something.
Oh, and Ant, Craig sent through a bottle of Reload for the Hydr02 issues, so I'll share that with you too.
He may look like a prick, but I honestly feel sorry for him. I've also sent him a message letting him know what he's bought. If he comes back as an arse, so be it.
TomSx I owe you cash! Sorrrrryyyyy! En route.
Re the inlet, metal polish and perhaps 3000 grit W&D. Going to attack mine next time I'm at Anthony's Unit. Wait until then and I'll let you know?
If he keeps on top of the protection and washes it properly (that's not taking it to the Polish, TomSx), it'll last a year or more, easily. De-tarred and iron'd mine the other day and barely a spot came up.
Great work, Lawro!
First step is your wash routine, but if you're purely after a quick fix for looks, try some Auto Finesse Triple on the paint, followed up by a nice wax or Tough Coat. The fillers in Triple will leave it looking that little bit more special. Excellent product and so easy to use.
If you want to...
