Never did update this thread, just to let you all know, in the end it was down to poor wiring, the wire on the first injector was either catching on the engine, or was geting to hot and burnt it, but also my Thermostat was leaking... and it was driping down the wires, all the way to where it was...

just received some new wiper blades 2day as old one wasnt doing the job, *aero blades* just fitted, and the driver side arm, wont sit against the window, it apears there isnt enough pressure on the spring and isnt holding it down to the window when put down, does anyone know if u can get...

hi Just To clarify, (becasue i couldnt find a straight answer whilst searching many threads) The rear Discs on me 172, have the bearings pressed into the discs itself right? and they are not sperate at all (like e.g the front dics) i understand u can buy dics with the bearing allready...

just looking on ebay, found silver visions for 4 quid reduced from 5, with free postage, think der gna be cheap crap, or there no such thing? as ive seen silver visions advertised on here for like 15 quid

hes right, i had em on my old clio - halfords do em bout erm 5-7 quid mabe if i member iirc

few minor light scratches, as u would expect with a 7 year old car... but drives well, VERY WELL :D just now gota sort out what i want to do 2 it!!

seems to be more then not... if i slam em on etc... slow down no probs, if im rolling towards traffic lights, or a junction n just slowly slowing down does it den, almost everytime the discs look ok but obv, ther on the car and im not exactly a mechanic, dey are a lil rusty looking

Got my new 172 the other day, (used to ave a clio poverty spec) and ive noticed, when im slowing down slowly, with not alot of pressure on the brakes, im geting like sometimes a weird little judder, as if the abs is kicking in or something? its ever so minor, but i notice its there.... ive...

ive recently obtained a eggy smell coming threw my air vents, i thought it may have been outside, but since outside doesnt smell like shite, its not, and its the same with the air con on or off... so im not to sure it could be the air con? anyone got any ideas? as its rank and i cand stand the...

checked wire... found a snag on the first injector wire (could be burn) so cut each end, tied 2gether, and so far all is good, Plus thermostat was slowly leaking water, which was obv going downt he wires n correded em, but now is all sealed up :D n wires are cable tied away from thoermostat

what is High beam ? - for dark lanes etc... not normal driving ones, is it H4 ?
