Yeah tyres wont be the quietest at all as they are a track focussed tyre. droning is usually a wheel bearing but that said mine did it on the front as the tyre had worn unevenley and was 'flapping' causing a droning noise. Swapped them to the back and it was a bit better. put new tyres on and...

You'll have to find out the PCD and centre bore out. They looks like they are from a Clio Mk3 non sport, if that is the case then doubt they will fit as they are most probably 4 stud and not 5 like your 200 will be
