What you're after are Cup washer blanks.
Dealer only for new, or if you're lucky find a set second hand - they normally go quick and for nearly the price of new normally.
£95 retail IIRC for the pair.

Not worth it in my opinion.
On the 1*2's it's the gearboxes that give more problems than the clutch normally, and unless you've got silly uprated power, OE new clutch will do you fine.
Valeo is the brand you need, and it will come with the release bearing inside too.
Doubt it tbh, you need to support under the coil spring so that it's still compressed when undoing the bottom shock bolt, otherwise you'll be there all day trying to get it back in line.
Basically, you need at least one jack and axle stands.
