    temp sensor is no more then 20 quid and should take about half hour, hour tops to fit! (i think that's being generous too!)

    temp sensor is located in the thermostat housing, screws into the side. i think you'll have to remove the airbox to gain access to it. black plug with 2 or 3 pins, can't remember which now.
